In 2019, Womenpreneurs Breaking Barriers LLC was founded with a vision to empower women in business. However, as the journey unfolded, God placed a bigger mission on our hearts—one that went beyond breaking barriers to building a kingdom-minded movement.
In 2024, we embraced that calling and SheBoss Oasis Business Anchor LLC was born. More than just a business, it became a service hub dedicated to equipping faith-driven women—dreamers, new and established entrepreneurs, leaders, ministry builders, and speakers—who desire to use their businesses for the glory of God.

Hi, I’m Ylonda Scott—a faith-driven entrepreneur, ordained minister, and business strategist passionate about helping women step into their God-given purpose and build businesses that make a lasting impact.
For years, I climbed the corporate ladder as a district manager, believing success meant long hours, sacrifice, and pushing through exhaustion. But deep down, I knew there had to be more. I was overworked, underappreciated, and limited—building someone else’s dream while my own purpose sat on the sidelines.
In 2019, I took a leap of faith and started Womenpreneurs Breaking Barriers LLC, determined to help women like me break free from limitations and step into entrepreneurship with confidence. But in 2024, God expanded my vision. I transformed my business into SheBoss Oasis Business Anchor LLC—a service hub created to equip, inspire, and support faith-driven women who are dreamers, entrepreneurs, leaders, and speakers.
