You won't be expected to have a perfect business when you graduate. My goal is for you to have more clarity, stronger business skills, practical resources, and a plan you know how to use.
Your 12-Week Journey: From Vision to Action
You don't have to figure out every part of your business at once. We'll take it one step at a time, building on what you learned the week before.
Our 12 weeks are organized into four phases:
Phase 1: ALIGN — Weeks 1–3
Get clear on your purpose and direction.
Week 1: God-Centered CEO Mindset — Building a business with faith, purpose, and personal responsibility.
Week 2: Mission, Vision, and Values — Defining what your business stands for and where you're going.
Week 3: Your Ideal Customer and Business Idea — Understanding who you serve and validating what they need.
Phase 3: ORGANIZE — Weeks 7–9
Put practical systems in place.
Week 7: Business Documents and Digital Organization — Creating order in your files and records.
Week 8: Daily Operations and Workflows — Establishing systems to manage your business responsibilities.
Week 9: Customer Experience and Payment Processes — Organizing how you serve customers and manage transactions.
Phase 2: BUILD — Weeks 4–6
Create a solid business foundation.
Week 4: Your Offers and Business Model — Clarifying what you sell and how your business works.
Week 5: Pricing and Business Finances — Understanding costs, income, expenses, and financial planning.
Week 6: Business Setup and Legal Basics — Reviewing essential paperwork, business structure, and professional responsibilities.
Phase 4: ACTIVATE — Weeks 10–12
Prepare to move forward with a clear plan.
Week 10: Marketing Your Business — Learning how to reach and communicate with your ideal customers.
Week 11: Sales and Business Growth — Understanding the sales process and building consistent business habits.
Week 12: Your Business Blueprint and 90-Day Plan — Bringing your work together and identifying your next steps.
By the end of our time together, you'll have worked through the key pieces of your business and developed a Business Blueprint and action plan you can continue using.
How the God-Centered CEO Academy Works
The God-Centered CEO Academy is designed to give you structure, guidance, and the flexibility to work on your business while managing your everyday responsibilities.
Here's what your 12-week learning experience includes:
12 Weekly Lessons
Each week, you'll receive a prerecorded lesson inside our private Skool classroom. You'll be able to watch the lesson, review the resources, and work through a practical assignment at your own pace.
6 Live Group Coaching and Teaching Sessions
We'll meet live on Zoom every other Tuesday from 7:00–8:30 PM Eastern. These sessions give us time to review what you're learning, discuss challenges, and answer questions.
Business Workbook and Templates
You'll receive worksheets, planning tools, and templates to help you organize your business information and complete your Business Blueprint.
Private Academy Community
Our Skool classroom gives you one place to access your lessons, announcements, resources, and conversations with other students.
Assignments and Personal Feedback
You'll have weekly assignments designed to help you apply what you're learning. You'll also receive feedback and guidance as you work through the program.
12 Months of Resource Access
After your cohort begins, you'll have 12 months of access to the Academy's recorded lessons and downloadable learning resources, subject to the enrollment terms.
Graduation and Your Business Blueprint
At the end of the program, you'll bring your work together into a Business Blueprint and 90-day action plan. Students who meet the graduation requirements will receive a certificate of completion.

All live classes are held online through Zoom. If you cannot attend a session live, edited teaching replays will be available in the Academy classroom.
Enrollment is planned for a maximum of 15 students to help maintain a supportive learning environment.
The Academy is online, so you can participate from anywhere in the United States.

Payments are scheduled every seven calendar days from your first payment. Because enrollment opens before classes begin, some payments may be due before your first class.
Both payment options provide the same Academy learning experience. There is no additional installment-plan fee.
Before completing enrollment, you'll receive the Academy's enrollment agreements and cancellation and refund terms to review.

Yes. The lessons and resources will be available in our private Skool classroom, and our live group teaching and coaching sessions will take place on Zoom.
I understand that you have other responsibilities. Our live sessions are scheduled every other Tuesday from 7:00–8:30 PM Eastern. If you miss one, an edited teaching replay will be made available in the classroom.
Each prerecorded lesson will be approximately 15–25 minutes, but you'll also need time for the assignments and working on your own business. I recommend setting aside a few hours each week so you can put what you're learning into practice.
You'll receive teaching, group coaching, assignment feedback, and opportunities to ask questions. Private one-on-one coaching is not included in the standard Academy tuition.
You'll have 12 months of access to the recorded lessons and downloadable Academy resources, beginning on your cohort start date, subject to the enrollment terms. You'll also finish with a Business Blueprint and a 90-day action plan if you complete the required work.
Students who complete the graduation requirements will receive a certificate of completion. This is a business education program, not an accredited college or professional licensing program.
Yes. Tuition is $1,597. You can pay in full or choose 12 weekly installments. The first installment is charged when you enroll, followed by 11 weekly payments. Both options provide the same learning experience.
The Academy is built on biblical principles, and faith is part of our teaching and discussions. Students should be comfortable participating in a faith-centered learning environment.
You'll receive the enrollment agreement and cancellation and refund policy before completing enrollment. These documents explain how to submit a withdrawal request and how the applicable refund terms work. Final policies are subject to legal review.
